Location: The hotel is conveniently situated near shops, restaurants, and public transportation. You can easily explore the city and visit nearby attractions. Spacious room: The Japanese-style tatami room was large enough to accommodate our group comfortably. The separate bathroom and toilet added to our convenience.- Helpful staff: The staff at the hotel were friendly and went out of their way to assist us. They even helped us rent bicycles for our city exploration.
Distance from the train station: The hotel is a bit of a walk from the train station, which could be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. However, the city's public transportation system is excellent and makes it easy to get around.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants just across the road. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and I had no problems communicating with them in English. The Japanese-style tatami room was spacious and could easily accommodate a large group. The hotel was also within walking distance of the famous sight seeing spots, such as the Imperial Palace and Nijo Castle. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and transportation options were great.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Spent Christmas in a lovely hotel with warm and friendly staff. Loved the spacious tatami room that offered plenty of space for our family of four. the separate WC and bathrooms were clean and well-maintained.
The hotel was a bit difficult to locate since it's nestled on a small street, and the signage isn't very prominent. It was also a bit of a trek to get to the nearest train station, which made it challenging for us to explore the city.
